About Us
Archway Advisory is rooted in the belief that everyone has the potential to achieve ambitious goals and live a deeply fulfilling life. Along the way, there are moments that call for stepping into a new challenge, seizing a growth opportunity, or transforming how life and work evolve. Archway partners with leaders during those moments to help them find another level, see new options, and discover fresh paths forward.
I bring to this work a combination of deep business experience and a passion for helping leaders uncover their authentic direction. Coaching and advisory services provide a structured space to gain clarity and develop practical strategies for success, whether a leader is stepping into a new role, scaling an organization, or seeking greater alignment between personal values and work.
Purpose
My purpose is to help leaders create positive transformation for themselves, their organizations, and their communities through purposeful, authentic leadership. I believe real change happens when mind, heart, and spirit are integrated in a whole-person approach to development. Helping someone achieve heights they once thought impossible energizes me.
Biography
Let me introduce myself—I’m Andrea. I grew up between New York City and Cherry Hill, NJ, and my career has taken me across law, consulting, entrepreneurship, and leadership advisory. I began in corporate law before moving into strategy consulting at McKinsey & Company, where for nearly a decade I advised multinationals, growth-stage start-ups, and governments in sectors ranging from pharmaceuticals to finance and nonprofits.
I left McKinsey to start a social-purpose education organization, which expanded to multiple states across the U.S. Most recently, as a Principal at Egon Zehnder, I partnered with clients in health, consumer, and financial services on their most critical leadership challenges. I also led the North American Legal Practice, advising General Counsels and their teams, and placed more than a hundred executives in C-suite roles.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked closely with CEOs, senior leaders, and boards on growth, succession, and transformation. The common thread has been helping leaders navigate complexity with clarity—whether scaling a business, designing organizations, or shaping culture. With Archway Advisory, I bring these experiences together to support leaders and teams in moments of change, so they can move forward with confidence and purpose.
My Executive Coaching certification is from Columbia University. I have a JD from Harvard Law School, and an undergraduate degree in English Literature from Princeton University. I also hold a Master’s in Education from Oxford University and an MFA in Creative Writing from Spalding University.
When I’m not working, you’ll often find me writing stories, tucked into a café with a good book, or seeking quiet beauty in nature—riversides, gardens, and labyrinths.

Deeper Purpose
Tapping into our full potential as leaders requires aligning rational leadership strengths with a deeper sense of purpose and values. For many, those values are rooted in a belief that we are part of something larger than ourselves—whether that is the universe, nature, or a spiritual or religious tradition.
In my own journey, I’ve seen the power of integrating the mental, emotional and spiritual dimensions of leadership. Not every client will want to bring this perspective into coaching, and that is always respected. But for those who do, weaving a deeper purpose into the coaching conversation can be both valuable and transformative.
I draw on elements of the Columbia Coaching framework, which emphasizes the importance of personal frames—how individuals view and interpret the world. This approach helps create a coaching context that honors each client’s worldview, allowing for deeper insight, alignment, and growth.
